Pros

None. There is no pro's to this company that out-weight the negative experience you will have working here. If you have any possible other hiring opportunity; take it.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. You will be constantly pulled in every direction by flippant demands from the exec team. Then if you don't complete all the external work that has been randomly dumped on your plate plus the work that you already had; you will be seen as "too slow for start up culture" and fired immediately. There are also layoffs quarterly. Also the layoffs are sometimes indiscriminate of performance and completely cost cutting measures. (i.e you can be fired even with positive performance).

Pros

pay, benefits, innovation in cyber security space

Cons

-toxic culture, headless chickens when it comes to planning, can’t stick with the roadmap. -extreme pressure and stress, expected to do 5 things at once, never allowed to focus -very weak devops and lack of unit testing and quality controls -teams like threat intelligence do low quality work and constantly show “ideas” that never go to production and get recognition, while teams that do the fundamentals right are told they aren’t delivering -threat intelligence hides what they do in secret git repos and gets their own budget and they burn millions on useless tools while the rest of tech fights to lower costs -ruthless management, treats people as disposable, no recognition for top performers -constant turnover in every area -CEO constantly hijacks roadmap -no one is ever allowed to say no to even ridiculous requests because “we all work for sales”… other departments free to dump on tech without justification of what they ask for -frequent layoffs and hiring freezes -messy planning process, engineers constantly building products without requirements -no work life balance, no one actually gets to use their “unlimited vacation “ -even founding team / early employees fired without a second thought, no one is safe -ceo constantly asking for random stuff, everyone is expected to jump -turnover very high but even more extreme at exec level, especially in product

Pros

Not many. They pay on time.

Cons

Instable management. Senior management only is only concerned about saving their skin and burning their pears and team.
