Peers who tried to survive this insanely incompetent management team and supported each other.

Cons

Incompetent senior management without the slightest regard for employees. Self-engrandizing nonsensical goals not based in reality or reason. A CEO completely unfit to lead any organization.

Nothing except awesome team mates and on time salary. Product is quite interesting in its category and actually WORKS

Everything apart from above. It all starts at leadership level 1. Awful, self centered, bullishand shaky Sr. leadership (CEO, CTO and board) 2. Pretty unstable place, high turnover due to continuous burn out. Still paving out ways to generate revenue constantly though company is in existence > 10 yrs 3. No talent recognition, no hikes & career growth. Layoffs every quarter since 1.5 yr untied to our performance 4. Such a fearful work atmosphere (Hell), no job security, no support and clarity from sr. leadership. Very toxic atmosphere spear headed by Alex and co 5. Lack of direction for future, changing priorities every week. Struggling to generate revenue because of lack of product road map and bugs. Alex can you do a favour? Please step down as CEO and appoint a good people first leader in that place to keep this company afloat. You are absolutely unfit to stay there. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12......List goes on. Stay away from this workplace for peace of mind
