Pros

Working at SSC has been a rewarding experience. The company has excellent products that are truly making the world a safer place. The team is made up of very bright and talented individuals. One of the best aspects of working here is the ability to take ownership of your role and really carve out experiences that contribute to your overall growth. I've grown more professionally at SSC in 6 months compared to years at other companies. If you're looking for a place to develop professionally and work on cutting edge technology, this is the place to be.

Cons

No cons come to mind.

Pros

SecurityScorecard is a rare breed of a workplace. It's got product velocity, customers who are genuinely interested in and in need of the product, and the mission to make organizations safer is something I was excited to be a part of. SSC has some of the smartest people I've ever worked with in any organization and once you build your credibility, leadership will trust you to do your best work and try something new, which isn't true of most orgs. SSC is certainly not a place for everyone, but for those who are a good fit, there's no better place to accelerate your career.

Cons

Leadership turnover can be difficult to maintain stability, but if you've got a good head on your shoulders and have proven yourself, you should be fine.
