Nice group of employees, some very competent and passionate.

Cons

Extraordinary turn over in all management roles. Unsustainable toxic culture. Egos lost in the ether of management books which are abhorrently misinterpreted and incorrectly applied to practical operating structures with no context of the outcome they are meant to enable or empower. If you’ve heard of death by a thousand cuts, apparently you can run a business the same way. Career growth only exists if you’re shielded by your manager, even then, risk of being targeted is high if someone in leadership has a bad day. The definition of a blame driven culture, powered by fragile egos. Somedays you may assume the leadership only works here because they’re un-employable anywhere else.

- Rewards high-performers and tries to keep them around - Takes seriously company core values - Encourages innovation + risk-taking (even if failure is possible) - Offers endless opportunities to do new things as a technical individual and in leadership roles - Actual ability to impact customer outcomes on a daily basis whether you’re a junior engineer or a fellow

Cons

- If you’re not willing to move fast and/or can’t handle levels of pressure you’re not familiar with, this may not be the place for you - Turnover at times can be high, but usually affects those that don’t move fast enough or take risks when given the clearance and opportunity to do so - There is often a lot going on at once and for those lacking the ability to ignore the noise and focus, it can be very hard to get things done
