Pros

The talent, ambition, and drive found among individuals in the company is impressive and inspiring. The company operates at the frontier of an emerging industry which creates exciting opportunities for innovation.

Cons

It’s clear the company no longer values its employees. People are seen as disposable—in one day, out the next. Anyone who voices concern or questions management on their decisions becomes the target of gossip among the oligarchs at the top and fodder for their the next round of layoffs. This brews a toxic underground culture that permeates the day-to-day and sours morale. Very few openly talk about it for fear of being the next target. If you’re in the executive team’s inner circle, you’ll do fine here. Otherwise, heed the warnings and take your talent elsewhere. Only those that drink the Kool-Aid have a future here.

We encourage employees to reach out to their HRBP directly with feedback, but we also seek feedback anonymously through engagement surveys. We also recently hired a Learning & Belonging Director to improve and enhance our culture.
