The best team that truly does everything in their power to help each other grow. I've met some of the best sales professionals in this company that I continue to look up to.

Cons

Random lay offs but I can understand it's for the best long term.

The individual contributors hired are incredibly hard working and intelligent.

Cons

- Extremely top heavy company, constantly hiring VPs & Directors and never enough people to do the actual work needed to be done. - Inexperienced CEO and severely high leadership attrition rate due to "his way or the highway" culture - No career path nor time to grow personally/professionally - Promote or give raises only to people threatening to quit - High burnout rate due to way too much work and not enough people

Very Toxic work environments. Environment is too political. Mangers are like too bossy. Not like couch, don't understand the technology. Force employees to do wrong way to work.
