      Pros

      Good business model due to high demand for Cyber Security. The company actually hired some good and experienced people in the last few months (but unable to keep them, unfortunately).

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Chaotic. Immature. High turnover rate. Micromanagement.

      - fast paced - remote friendly - flex PTO - appropriate salary

      Cons

      - too little direction, yet always must somehow go faster - CEOs have a bad case of 'founder syndrome' - turnover is incredibly high - no product roadmaps mean everything changes on a dime - little to no work-life balance

      Pros

      Do your research before joining. You will be flattered. Money will be thrown at you. Mental health days will be touted as a sign of how much the company cares for its employees.

      Cons

      But ask yourself would mental health days be necessary if the other 29 days in the month were not detrimental to your mental health? If you felt supported by your team and your manager every day; if you worked in a collaborative rather than backstabbing environment, would you need a mental health day?
