      Awesome team, competitive compensation, amazing mission statement, startup mentality

      Cons

      The startup mentality is not for everybody, so if you are looking for a traditional 40 hour work week then certain roles will not be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      I get to work every day with a group of people that are making a difference in students lives. Working to keep them safe from the dangers of the internet and holding bullies responsible for behaviors that are harmful to others. Learning that our 24 team has alerted a parent or other authority of a student searching "suicide methods" and receiving notification of "successful intervention" never gets old. It's out there and it's happening and Securly is making a difference. I am proud to be a part of Securly.
