      Pros

      Excellent company with amazing people to work with. Makes you really feel like a family. They work hard while working together to tackle any and all issues.

      Cons

      Not a con but just a mention that the position is customer facing so just be prepared to deal with upset customers at times. (do not take things personal and deescelate any situation.)

      Lots of change. Goals are unrealistic given the market. Very few reps hitting target. Little differentiation in products.
