      Pros

      Pros are many but I would be specific here, 1. Work life balance is awesome. 2. At Securly, I felt emphasis is on maintaining healthy work culture and its evident with the everyone works courageously with focus, respect, openness and commitment. 3. Salaries are at par with industry standards 4. Super flexibility as long as you deliver efficiently.

      - Great team to work with - Flexible/ accommodating working hours - You can see your work impacting students life on a daily basis and that gives you an additional reason to come back everyday

      Avoid Pune office at all cost, management only listens to old and Pune based employees

      Pros

      1.Work environment for some of the teams 2.If you are close to the India top management ,this is heaven for you(you need to be an old employee for this) 3.You will definitely be appreciated(if you work for 18-19 hours )

      Cons

      1.The management doesn't believe in anonymous surveys 2.You'll be hired for automation role and will be made to work on Manual testing. 3.They were discussing about permanent remote work and decided by themselves to not implemented it because some of the employees wanted to return back to office,they didn't even bother to check with other employees(from outside Pune ) about it.

With employee safety our number one priority, complete WFH continues to be the norm even as other offices around the city begin mandating employee attendance in office. Anyone who has worked with Securly is aware of permanent WFH options provided to certain employees on a case-by-case basis (since before COVID times) with due respect to their personal obligations. Keeping with the open-door policy practiced across all Securly offices, we invite you to a in-person discussion to address your concerns.
