-Very helpful and empathetic people to work with -QA's with manual testing skills are encouraged to learn and work on automation - I had a personal loss in first month of joining the company and they stood up with me like a family. -They have great tax saving benefits ,you get zeta cards -My interview and onboarding process was completely virtual and super smooth. -Flexible work timing,no micromanagement -Remote working during covid time -Great leave policy

- Very professionally managed while creating a sense of belonging - Ample tools and processes in place for business to run smoothly - Periodic updates from local and global management about where the company is headed and it's vision - Allows for a great work-life balance

Cons

- No client facing roles in the Pune office Would have really liked if there were client facing roles in the Pune office, especially the product manager role.
