      Pros

      I've experienced nothing but solid and easy communication with everyone I have worked with here. Whether I need something from the sales team, IT, or beyond, I am always given an answer or sent in the right direction. Everyone is willing to help out even if it isn't necessarily their "job" to do it. My manager is constantly connecting with me so we are both on the same page in everything we do. I've truly never before had a manager who was so willing to hear me out, make suggestions, or teach me skills to better my future success. I really feel like I lucked out.

      Cons

      No 401k match and benefits are pretty average, however, there are a few different plans to choose from which is great to have flexibility in choosing what's right for you/your family.
