Pros
I have had two jobs before this, but I learnt more here in the past year than in the five before this. The new sales leader has tremendous experience , and I aspire to be like him at some point. I loved the sales kick off this year and inspired to be at a company that puts so much thought into the planning plus shares it openly with all of us.
Cons
None that I can think of at the moment. There was a lot of movement earlier in the year.
