      Transparency. Focus on culture. Managers held to high standards. Mediocrity and toxicity not tolerated.

      Happy hours have slowed down, and friday afternoons aren't as lively as they used to.

      The product itself is great. I like for what it stands for.

      Cons

      Poor management. Management doesn't listen to your needs. Expect to train yourself to do your job. Very high turnover. Not a secure place to work.

      Awesome people. Securly hires great people.

      Cons

      Lot of turnover. Almost no women in leadership rolls. Leaders only trust themselves to make decisions and their decisions are usually not great. CEO seems to be running it like it's a one man operation. Recipes for disaster.
