      Pros

      - transparency(to employees and customers) - Securly is a private company and is not obligated to share any internal info with their employees but they do regardless - mgmt team and co-founders really believe in what they do and care about the end goal - not just after $$$ - their top priorities are - customers and employees - open door policy - you can approach the co-founders and express all your concerns directly - minimal corporate politics if any - great team - always willing to help and stand up for each other - ALL people I met there a very talented and knowledgeable - DIVERSITY!!! = males, females, confused, indians, blacks, rednecks, browns, commies, chineses - all get along just fine

      Pros

      Great company to work for with a phenomenal group of people. They encourage career development and innovative thinking.

      Cons

      Could definitely improve the communication, especially to the employees in India and North Carolina. They were hoping to have reviews and feedback from upper management.
