Great team, great CEO, great mission, great work life balance. Autonomy over your own work. Room for individual creativity and innovation. If you put in the effort you will reap the rewards here. Lots of internal hires and promotions recently which is a good sign!

Pros

Securly is well known in the K-12 market for safety, and security. What has stood out to me is how authentically forward thinking/pressing it is here, and how that shows up in product & product development that matters to schools, and customer support. You have people leading and working across departments that are some of the most talented and experienced in the industry.

Cons

No cons- when culture and team are authentic, it's hard to find "cons." This is a space that has a lot of competition so that needs to be taken into account if you are looking at go to market roles.

Pros

Fantastic leadership who allow you to do your job and give you the tools and autonomy to make decisions needed to be successful. Very little micromanagement. Fantastic CEO with a great company vision and lots of transparency. Wonderful work/life balance.

Cons

This is a tough space, so your success is heavily dependent on the territory you have and some years are better than others. Some of the travel is intense, but for the most part, the remote culture is fantastic!
