Cons

The company demonstrates a clear favouritism towards certain individuals or select group of employees. it means that certain employees are treated with more leniency and given preferential treatment resulting in unequal changes for growth and development. There are no changes of growth to management level as people on top are already placed which does not give a chance for people to stay for longer period.

Good place for stable roles in sales

Cons

Exodus and cover up. Company has under 200 employees and over 110 reviews on Glassdoor. HR routinely posts positive reviews which traps newer employees. After every real criticism you see a bunch of positive reviews. Sad. The entire set of team-pictures on the company website and glassdoor are of leaders and team members from over two years ago. The company is now unrecognizable.
