Pros

Steady hours and 100% remote work

Cons

Do not expect to advance if you are not extremely friendly and close with management and/or related to someone already in an advanced position. More than half of the employees who are promoted out of the entry level role are directly related to someone who has already been promoted or in management. It will not stop them from dangling the carrot and if you opt in to try and show you are promotion material by volunteering to be trained in a portion of the responsibilities that the next role you are hoping to get, if you do not perform those tasks at ANY point in which you have even several minutes of nothing actively needing to be worked on, you will be given documented corrective action even though they are not paying you to perform that role. There is also an elephant in the room that none of management seems to want to address. There are several members of admin and middle management that speak to everyone in an extremely rude and condescending manner. Although I am aware this has been brought to nearly all of managements attention, the generic answer that is given is, "they are just like that because they were passed up for promotions for a long time". How that is an acceptable excuse for speaking down to and being condescending to lower level employees is beyond me.

Pros

They provide nice new equipment

Cons

Sedgwick will sell you a dream of being this wonderful laid back company with only a few calls a day. Please don't fall for it. Don't fall for them saying there's plenty of room for advancement. They will promise a promotion but make you do those job duties for free before you will ever see one.

Pros

Since day one management and coworkers have made me felt welcome and helped me out when needed. Management has been very understanding about any issues that have arisen during my time here. This is the first company I've been employed with that I genuinely feel valued. Having good management has been a total game changer. The benefits they have given me have been unbelievably better than previous companies I worked with. This company truly seems to care about ensuring all their employees have a good work/life balance.

Cons

the only con I can think of at the moment is my assigned schedule that was given to me didnt have consecutive days off, instead my days off were split so i didnt have 2 days off in a row, but 1 day off then another work day then my other day off. Also I would I would really like the pay to be $19-$20 with how much cost of living has gone up and inflation it is a struggle sometimes.
