      Work from home for most positions, flexible scheduling, great pto package (you get all your pto at the beginning of the year vs having to accrue it.

      What stands out the most is how much the company truly cares about its people. The culture is collaborative and mission-driven. You feel like the work you do matters, and that’s incredibly motivating. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility—being able to balance work and life without guilt is a big deal, and Sedgwick gets that.

      Like any large organization, Sedgwick is evolving. Some systems and processes are being modernized, and that can take time. But the company is actively investing in technology upgrades and operational improvements, which shows a clear commitment to progress.
