Reliable paycheck, many telework options, large company unlikely to go under.

Cons

Changes in corporate structure implemented a telework monitoring tool that is used to micromanage and killed previously high morale and culture. Had hoped it would go away, but instead they are doubling down. Pay is on the low end of the scale.
