They have a buddy system. Anyone who is not a part of their team clique they will try to intimidate, harass and fire you. Your word and any evidence that you have to prove that you are being targeted will be totally ignored and used to get you fired. Some of the team members, leads and Managers are very racist and they will throw a rock and hide their hands. They give you praises in private but will make it seem like you are not performing well in the team leadership meetings. They go along to get along.
