Pros

Remote work and full benefits.

Cons

Everything else. They will micromanage you till you want to scream. Monitor your mouse movements and everything. They no longer care about quality but only speed and efficiency. The claims load is unsustainable. Management has no autonomy to help you. The company is being run by a few large investment firms whose goal is to extract the most profit at the expense of everything else. This once proud company is now nothing but a dump. The pay is low compared to the industry. I would look elsewhere.

- a lot of exposure to leave laws and management - not all departments are built the same nor teams - your experience will be based of your management team and client you end up with

Cons

- toxic work enviroments -lots of discrimination - nepotisim - Management has no accountability

Working from home is great. You are sort of left to your devices, but that could be a con for some.

Cons

Insanely overworked. Refuses to hire one additional person to help the work load. Male employees seem to be given better opportunities.
