Get to work from home some days.

Cons

No respect from management. They do micromanage. When you hit your 6 months mark, they will start looking for things to hold you back so you don't progress if you are looking to move up.

- Work life balance - Colleagues willing to help - Great onboarding experience - Prop Point Program to recognize colleagues for their contributions - Great moto of Caring Counts - Hybrid model allows those who enjoy working from home to have that experience, and it adds to the work life balance

Cons

- onboarding (first week of training) is 100% online. - Hybrid model is not for everyone
