      1) PTO - Offers substantial amounts of PTO. 2) Somewhat flexible working hours, and has remote work options 3) Initial training/onboard is extensive and comprehensive

      1) Poor communication from upper management. 2) Unrealistic/Unclear workplace expectations (Greater than possible workload expected within working hours) 3) High turnover and insufficient hiring to combat attrition

      Was able to work from home.

      Cons

      Only trained everyone on the basis. Would give awful advice. All new hires left within the year. People who have been there for a while are also unhappy with the unprofessionalism.
