Good pay and benefits such as medical insurance and yearly bonus

The head office lacks control over the regional offices, which often prioritize hiring family members for key positions. There is a significant amount of office politics, overshadowing actual work. The focus is on initiatives that serve personal financial interests rather than organizational goals. Compliance issues are often swept under the rug by dismissing whistleblowers.

Pros

100% work from home. PTO time

Cons

Training is inconsistent and unorganized. Thrown into a role without proper resources. I've been held accountable for shoddy work that was done months before I was hired. This is not a place to learn case management.
