      Benefits start on day 1. Generous PTO. 401k.

      Cons

      The amount of work they put on the adjuster's is overwhelming. They did not tell me everything in the interview that I would be doing on a day to day basis. It's less about work comp and more about making sure the right buttons are pushed so the team lead's will make their numbers at the end of the month. I saw people scream, cry and quit because of the stress. Toxic environment, and the people who stay there and advocate for the company are toxic as well. If you care about your mental and emotional health, stay away.
