Pros

Stable employer. Some Decent benefits.

Cons

Employee appreciation days didn't include all teams. Teams left behind to work got poor substitutes (animal crackers instead of a trip to the zoo without work). Receive top marks on your annual review and your raise is still less than 3%

Pros

Worked from home and generous PTO

Cons

The Memphis office was rife with racial tensions but Dubuque office did not have this issue, but was extremely cliquish. Like many jobs, depending on manager and project you are working on, it can be a good experience or a nightmare. Work load was fairly extreme for the pay rate, but I felt pity on many of the claims reps who were salary and were worked like 18th century slaves. Only job I have had where those above me worked harder than anyone, save the managers who spent near entire days in meetings discussing how they could add more meetings about meeting each other.
