      Pros

      Benefits are great. Lots of time off.

      Cons

      IThis company is the very definition of "overworked and underpaid". Employees are not valued at all. Sedgwick cares only about the bottom line and will do anything to maximize that. Prepare to be constantly thrown under the bus to make the company look good to clients with whom they cannot possibly fulfill promises to. Nightmare!

      Great PTO / Not much room for else

      Pros

      Great PTO package to use as soon as you start. Not the worst call center I ever worked in but still a call center.

      Cons

      It's almost impossible to get a position off the phones if your more interested in the corporate side of things. Not much training and development to speak of other than an hour session to learn about 5 new clients you need to manage.

      There is a Reason for the High Turnover Rate

      Good amount of PTO, good co-workers, team leaders

      Cons

      LOTS of turnover, management lies, too much work to complete in an 8 hour day, have to stay until all work is complete, lack of formal training, management takes advantage of salaried employees by piling on work, no work/life balance even with the amount of PTO as your work week feels never-ending and taking a day off means you come back to some of the work from your day off as well as all of your normal work for the day.
