Pros

you have job security, and the location is nice.

Cons

poor wages, too many unrealistic demands, poor management, no promotion opportunities unless you are one of the favorites. You can work the hardest and never be appreciated. Poor benefits. Every year they increase more and more what you pay for benefits. By next year employees would pay almost 50% to have their owe benefits cover. Sedgwick is good at selling a product but bad at keeping it and their promises.

Pros

PTO. There really isn't much more than that. I did get to work on site at the clients facility and it was a great office environment. Well maintained and very eco-friendly.

Cons

Management, HR, work load, pay...in that order. I strongly recommend you run as fast as you can. The managers are nasty and childish. They call you names and cuss at you. They say inappropriate things on a regular basis...even after you ask them to stop. HR is a joke. Don't go to them if you have an issue. Just find a new job. They are litterally only there to make surr you cant sue them. As for picking up the work load of others; you will be told to do so. You will be told not to work overtime(if you are hourly), but if you can't keep up with 20+ claims a day with no help and a manager that is MIA, all day.. you will get written up. Managers will take credit for your work and ideas as their own. Very poor culture. There are so many issues with this company... this is just the tip of the iceberg. They have integrity as a major part of their company, yet no one in management has a back bone.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn the industry, especially for recent college grads. Regular salary increases while in the IAP program as long as you are meeting your goals. The schedule is flexible.

Cons

The job can be very stressful, especially with the volume of work you are assigned. There are a lot of reports/reviews that need to be done on top of your caseload.
