Pros

The benefits were good. Pricey, but overall good coverage

Cons

The management will lie to you, and push you so hard. The work load is so much that most get stressed out and have to take leave. The pay is not worth the health issues they cause you. The mental health issues that the job causes from leads and supervisors bulling you and pushing you to make numbers. It's a constant day of pings and emails to get this done get that done. Constant reminders that number are high. But yet you can not work over 37.5 hours. And if you do work over they do not pay time an half till you get over 40 hours. When holidays hours are giving you are not paid time and a half. You can make that hours up of holiday to reach your normal 37.5 but when you hit 40 that's it no more time can be worked. It's just an awful place to work. And way to stressful!!!

Pros

The work schedule is very flexible

Cons

The workloads are impossible to maintain while providing the services that clients expect. How can you handle stressful situations while you are also stressed? The training is a joke. You are expected to retain information from a 5 minute training session that doesn’t start until 3 months later. Asking questions will make you wish you didn’t because you are expected to already know everything which is not a pleasant experience. The pay is not nearly enough for the work that is expected. The 7.5 hour shift is also a joke and they do not want you to go over but you are guaranteed to get a 10 hr workload daily. Someone needs to create a new manual that has realistic expectations because they are clearly still working with a manual from when the company was opened.

Pros

I was told I would get a raise after 1 year of employment I did not. We received a merit raise as a whole (the whole company) which was 14 cents! Yep you read that right! They also switch us from working a 40 hour week to 37.5 hours a week and changed our pay to reflect that. So we didn’t get paid less or more just the same for the amount of hours a day. So now I’m getting 17.74 an hour which ain’t squat with the economy right now. If I was single I wouldn’t be able to survive on my own and pay my bills put it that way. I have no life either my hours suck. I can’t go to appointments or anything that my life requires because I get off at 8pm and start at 11:30am. They say there is a list you get on for better hours, but I’ll believe it when I see it! Those are my only issues here really

Cons

No raises like they said
