Pros

Competitive PTO starting at around 155 hours in the first year, which grows the longer you are there. Decent 401k match and health benefit plans.

Cons

Typical corporation with scarce resources and low budgets. Overwork with high caseloads and unspoken expectation to work beyond business hours.
