      Pros

      Nothing, they are the worst company to work for. Don't both to try to get a day off, ask for leave or even try to talk in the office. They are oppressive, they refuse to hire from within and are downright illegal in their practices.

      Cons

      They make you put in your vacation for the whole year by January, Their processing expectations are not feasible. They let all the horrible workers say as long as you are buddies with your boss.
