SEE'S CANDIES - SHOP #76 It's a great hourly wage with great benefits as well. I had very friendly,supportive co-workers with positive attitudes including my manager and assistant manager who were a pleasure to work with. It was also a pleasure getting trained by our District Manager, although I didn't get to know her well, it was a good experience when she came in for visits and she was a positive influence on me. During my interview with her, I had opened up about not having any job experience and she told me that anybody can learn the product and learn how to do the job but she told me that it's the natural abilities we have such as smiling, greeting, acknowledging customers, going the extra mile for them and giving them the best customer service that'll make us succeed in the working environment. That's why I thank her and the managers so much for giving me a chance to gain experience with their company. I was only a seasonal worker and they guided me through everything like with the moments of magic steps with customer servive, cash handling, product knowledge, bulk, stocking, packing boxes, and etc. It's a good, positive working enviroment and the majority of the customers were very friendly and most of the time we would get compliments from them on our customer service which was a great boost of confidence. I also loved how this company is all about tradition and quality.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about the company. The only thing is that it's hard to get a permanent job there which can be heartbreaking if you are only a seasonal cause it's the best retail job you could work for.
