Most ridiculous "management" ever

They provide employee assistance, will be needed for mental health.

Cons

At the top positions there is a team of sycophant backstabbers on a "secret" list of best for SM used on every "restructure", getting then rid of good and professional people. They create "promotions" and fancy titles for these individuals, so they can continue lying through their teeth to investors while using their money to pay their salaries and "raking" their flying miles on "working" trips. While the product is not delivered. Awful culture of "boy's club". Even HR is in bed with these characters.

- You get to work with smart and friendly people - The technology is interesting and saves lives

Cons

- Terrible decision after terrible decision from upper management - The CEO lies through his teeth at every opportunity - Weird politics and infighting between senior management - HR are borderline creepy - Constant issues with revenue and cash flow, leading to repeated layoffs
