I really want this company to succeed. There are passionate people here who care deeply about customers, operations, and doing good work. But the biggest challenge and the one most employees quietly talk about is the culture created by parts of the executive and senior leadership team. The result is a culture where smart people stop speaking up, good ideas die early, and high performers eventually leave because the environment becomes draining. People don’t feel developed; they feel managed. They don’t feel empowered; they feel monitored. It’s not sustainable.
