Great company - terrific product, fun team, strong management
Pros
SeekOut is a great product, but the team isn't content to rest. The entire company is driven to help recruiters and HR teams be their best. The whole SeekOut team supports one another -- especially with the pandemic, it's important to know your teammates will help you. There are no jerks on the team and everyone's contributions are valued. Due to COVID, we're no longer in the same office all together, but we still stay connected while we're working from our homes. The management team is smart, driven, and experienced enough to run the company effectively. Anoop gets to know every employee and everyone has a voice about the direction of the company. I'm so fortunate to be working at SeekOut -- especially during such a challenging time.
Cons
Since we're a growing startup, there is always more work to do than people to do it. You need to manage your work-life balance and boundaries to make sure you stay healthy. We're growing fast and always improving, so you need to be flexible and able to deal with ambiguity well.
