Leadership has incredible depth of previous experience...and they draw from it every day. Can-do mentality is pervasive across the whole organization...from product, to customer success, to sales. I've worked in sales with many early stage tech startups over the past 20 years, and without exception, there has been a palpable sense of building the airplane as it's speeding down the runway. SeekOut is the first early stage startup I've worked with where this feeling is absent... and yet the active, dynamic, productive, and fun environment that is such an allure of startups is woven into the DNA of the company, even through a pandemic, where the only interaction is through Zoom and Teams calls. From a sales perspective, the compensation structure is fair and clearly laid out. Additionally, while it's a relatively complex SaaS sales process, the product is of such high quality (and in such high demand), that customers not only end up purchasing and renewing, but they want to be sure their whole team has access. Of course, the possibility for this kind of expansion is aided by the fact that we have a super attentive and knowledgeable Customer Success team. Ultimately though, the primary quality that stands above the rest is the integrity of each person on the SeekOut team, and the bar for this is set at the top with Anoop and the four other members of our founding team.

There is a lot of growth and new functionality constantly being added that creates an exciting work place. Since I have started working here I have become the owner of several different pieces of software and have enjoyed the ownership and responsibility that has come with that.
