Pros
Good salary, very competitive. Very interesting work but you do need to have an interest in science if you're in the software groups. Friendly workmates, multicultural and inclusive. Celebrates all the successes, big or small. Can work at home some days if needed (job dependant).
Cons
I really can't think of anything serious. Has it got challenges with project work? Of course it has, like any other place has. There was a period of time about a year ago when IT and processes were haphazard from the Bentley buyout, but that's effectively been sorted.
