      Variety of technologies and projects to work on Good office environment with food perks Friendly colleagues Managers are generally receptive and friendly Hackathons

      Cons

      Career progression for testers / QA seemed to be limited (they were looking at enhancing this ) Rigid once yearly salary reviews on a specific company wide date with limited pay bandings and position titles, didn't seem to adequately alleviate the quickly changing cost of living economics
