Great salary and benefits, most coworkers are amazing people and it used to have an amazing culture with promotions and raises annually without needing to ask, work ethic was noticed and had better work life balance

Cons

Ever since Seequent got bought out by Bentley the culture and work has steadily gone downhill. They took a lot of our great upper management and then rush replaced them with mediocre micromanagers who only cared about marketing. The XD director in particular is a toxic positivity person who lies about having your best interest in your mental health only to utilize it against you later. She doesn't know anything about product desi and undervalued the product team constantly. Denied promotions and raises and people were leaving in droves when I left. If you want to be overworked, underpaid and undervalued this would be the team for you!
