* Parking is a nightmare in the Christchurch office's current location, even paid parking is hard to find & accessibility via public transport is poor.
* Responsibilities, accountabilities ect between development, Ops/DevOps & development support teams are badly (and often not) defined causing misunderstandings, duplicated effort & conflict between teams that results in project overruns and failures
* Teams cooperate poorly due bad project management, poor communication and lack of direction & coordination from senior leadership.
* Teams that support development are often overlooked and understaffed resulting in them never having capacity to do anything other than be glorified support and emergency response teams. This in turn severely limits the ability of members of these teams to engage in projects that will advance their technical skills and advance their careers.
