      Great place to work

      Pros

      Good salary, very competitive. Very interesting work but you do need to have an interest in science if you're in the software groups. Friendly workmates, multicultural and inclusive. Celebrates all the successes, big or small. Can work at home some days if needed (job dependant).

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything serious. Has it got challenges with project work? Of course it has, like any other place has. There was a period of time about a year ago when IT and processes were haphazard from the Bentley buyout, but that's effectively been sorted.

      Pros

      Excellent company to work to, here's why: - very competitive compensation - work/life balance - very flexible working hours - we are able to negotiate deadlines - they care about quality - people are very communicative and helpful

      Cons

      If you work remotely, the communication with HR can be a big problem. They rarely respond your emails and often you have to scale up through your manager. There is no clear way to request for vacation/PTOs, we have a HR application that was supposed to be the channel for it but we are requested to send email to several people and they never get back to you and you never know if they got it neither if they will attend your request or not. The internal IT support doesn't work very well when it comes to software licenses. I requested several times for an IDE license (that I know they have and support) and never got any response back, ultimately I got tired and bought it on my own.
