      Pros

      The only limit to success here is yourself. If someone has well formed ideas, can deliver results, and likes to collaborate, this is the place for them.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced and not well honed processes because of how fast they've grown. But you get to be part of creating efficiencies. If someone is looking for a job where they have a boxed up set of tasks, this isn't the place for them.

      Pros

      I have been lucky enough to grow with this company before it's rebirth into Seequent. We are a large company, spread over 7+ countries now, the executive team takes the time to know each and everyone of their team members and understand it takes a collaborative effort to be successful.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of restructures as we have grown, it has been interesting is all I can say.
