Not the best, but not the worst either

Pros

Great benefits/ 401k match. All sorts of departments to move into. Operations requires background, but will offer interns a decent pay coming in with no experience other than internship and a degree.

Cons

Hard to move out of department if you're a niche worker. Management varies, but likely don't have workforce experience. If you're in operations, you'll likely be asked to work 24/7 shifts to "meet company needs" based on likeness to the managers.
