Flexible work arrangements, competitive market pay and benefits, talented coworkers

Cons

Poor communication, narrowly scoped roles filled with endless tedium, sloppy and rushed integration of multiple entities is creating a mess. Many employees never unplug and pull endless hours

There are some areas on the east coast Segra does alright. Very minimal

Cons

Internal processes take days or weeks. Aren’t competitive price wise. Aren’t competitive fiber wise. Aren’t competitive in any way. It’s a house of cards type company where you gotta play the game to eat. For such a large company which is now privately owned they pay their employees very minimal compared to the standard now a days. They seem to think it’s still the 1990s with their pay comparative to the cost of living, but also how they sell their products. Unless it’s a big deal the customer barely hears from Segra.
