Our company leadership is dedicated to operating with integrity. They strive to do what is right, follow through on commitments, and never to compromise. We put the customer first and always go the extra mile in our efforts to deliver top notch services and customer service. We are flexible and innovative in our approach to customer solutions. Management listens and implements ideas from everyone. Through collaboration they empower us all to form a game plan that will find a way to win. Of the many telecom companies I have worked over the past 30 years, this one is by far the most rewarding. I enjoy coming to work, each and every day!

Cons

We have had some growing pains as we merge different operating systems. This is to be expected though.

Pros

Hiring Manager and HR have been amazing throughout the new hire process. Co-workers are eager to help and atmosphere is conducive for growth.

Cons

Appears to be some animosity between the merging companies, hoping this goes away once companies are fully integrated. Multiple systems to manage, would be much easier and take less time if there were only 1-2 to keep up with.
