Pros

Fast, nimble as privately held when compared to telecom industry behemoths. Quicker to get some things done in that regard.

Cons

Some things that you think are given (expense practices, onboarding, sales prospecting tools for sales reps) leave a lot to be desired.

Pros

Best reason to work with Segra is the combined skills, products, services & support team any Professional Sales person could team up with.

Cons

Extensive travel however, Lumos cared for mileage allowance & later a company vehicle for sales. Excellent benefits

Pros

I absolutely love the culture at Segra and especially within my department. This is one of the best places I have worked and I hope to have a long career here. Work/life balance is great, I feel challenged in my position and have had great career growth since starting 6 years ago.

Cons

Current workload is a little stressful but still manageable, especially with the support that I have throughout the company.
