      Pros

      Great pay-scale and bonus package. One can grow within the company. Select medical offers its own CE programs which is cheaper than outside programs. One can be autonomous running the clinic. Good team members. I had a great supervisor and I enjoyed working with the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is stressful to show profits all throughout the year. Less in-person meetings with the team members. But overall great company to work with for long-term basis.

      Pros

      You can be a veteran after 3 months and pay is above minimum wage. Schedules are flexible.

      Cons

      Everything is micromanaged, training is awful, pay is low, there is a constant flow of new people. Management makes you feel that you are not important. Zero career development.
