This company does not invest in young, innovative professionals. For those that prefer the outdated practice of sitting at your desk from 8-5 with no questions asked, you're looking in the right place. For younger folks who understand and practice a flexible schedule and are looking for great growth opportunities, you will struggle. There is a huge communication gap between leadership and the employees. Company news is often found through the internet before it comes through an internal communication (if at all). Nobody, not even leadership will take accountability for anything which makes it extremely difficult and painful to accomplish the smallest tasks.
