Pros
Make acquisitions that quickly grow the company. Job security and stability. Tons of room to advance and grow. Pretty good benefits package. Holiday party in December every year and employee appreciation day at Hershey Park every June. Also have a lot of events on campus to raise money for different organizations. Very philanthropic.
Cons
Pay a little bit lower than similar companies, but not enough to make a huge difference. They make up for it in a bunch of other aspects.
